三 | 澎湃新闻注意到，一名网友在社交平台发文称，近日专程前往均奕公司注册所在地所属的金山区朱泾镇市场监管所，举报均奕公司涉嫌没有实际经营地址，以及涉嫌没有改装、销售救护车资质等问题。该网友还在社交平台表示，其近日收到了金山区市场监管局关于对均奕公司立案调查的短信通知。金山区市场监管局8月23日下午对澎湃新闻回应，网友所称的“已立案调查”情况属实。国家企业信用信息公示系统显示，均奕公司成立于2020年4月23日，注册资本为300万元，实缴额10万元。公司法定代表人为贺再春，股东为贺再春、盛玉洁。

五 | 公司经营范围包括机械设备租赁、汽车零配件零售、汽车零配件批发、新能源汽车生产测试设备销售、新能源汽车整车销售、汽车销售、通讯设备销售、第一类医疗器械销售、机械设备销售、贸易经纪、小微型客车租赁经营服务等。8月23日中午，“韩红爱心慈善基金会”微信公众号发布情况说明称，近日，有关各方对基金会救护车采购项目中的合作方“均奕公司”表示关注。关于采购模式，基金会采购车辆中包含上汽大通汽车有限公司生产的救护车。与上汽大通对车辆配置和价格进行多轮商务洽谈后，上汽大通告知，该项目车型的后续商务签约与开票结算环节，由其授权的经销商统一办理。上汽大通向基金会出具了对均奕汽车公司的授权文件，且从项目对接到报价谈判全过程上汽大通均派员全程参加。因此，基金会与该授权经销商签约。说明称，关于价格公允性，价格与质量始终是基金会采购的核心考量。各供应商均充分知晓基金会采购的公益属性，在原车配置与改装标准上最大程度降价，体现了各方对公益事业的支持。经多方反复比选议价后，该项目救护车的最终成交单价远低于同期市场公开价格。说明还表示，关于网络上的相关质疑，基金会表示已知悉，将全力配合有关部门的调查，有任何问题，都将全面整改，绝不姑息，绝不回避问题。基金会从未违规向上汽大通及均奕汽车公司采购任何医疗器械。所有采购环节杜绝任何形式的腐败与利益输送。
